This is the second time that I've stayed here and I have to say it's the best hotel I've stayed in in the UK. On both occasions we've booked a suite with a view of the Conwy estuary and castle. Service is faultless and the rooms are fantastic. You get what you pay for and more. The restaurant serves great...

Lovely hotel but waiting staff in bar restaurant were all over the place and we ended up with about 7 different servers in space of 2 hours. Also run out of complimentary toothbrushes - 5star mind. Otherwise beautiful part of the world would definitely go back.

Fantastic reception area and brilliant location. However room was a let down although it has wonderful views of the Conway. It reminded me of an elongated travelodge room with a bigger tv, a settee and larger bed. No bathrobe provided, veranda chair was broken but replaced plus the tv control appeared faulty. The real downside was the bar area, restaurant...

Booked this 5*hotel for my husbands birthday in April. On booking was offered the spring deal, which included a glass of prosecco on arrival, a 3 course evening meal in restaurant (booked for the Saturday evening). I wanted a room with the estuary view so paid extra for the room to be upgraded to an executive room. On arrival we...

Last week we got married at the Quay. The day was absolutely amazing, the hotel is stunning and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The penthouse was amazing - the whirlpool bath, views and facilities in the room were just great and a massive treat for us. The only negative I can think of is that the breakfast...
