I reached a milestone age and I wanted to take my family for a nice meal. This was my first visit here and I doubt it will be my last. The food was delicious, the service was great and everyone was so nice and friendly towards us. It's reasonably priced too for the quality of the food served and the...

So, we booked at room online and paid for it, rang the day before to make sure all was ok, arrived on the day at 12.30pm to check in. We were early so our rooms weren't ready, no problem, we left our bags, checked in and tootled off to the horse of the year show. We returned at midnight, were...

We have stayed at the Arden for many years whilst visiting The Horse of the Year show. We have always enjoyed our visit but this year we were disappointed. The hotel suddenly seems very dated and tired. Our room, whilst clean had marks on the carpet and the shower leaked through the screen so the bathroom floor was soaking after...

Dear Jane B, Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to see that you have been disappointed with us on this occasion. Since your last stay for Horse of the Year 2015, we have completed a soft refurbishment in an additional 64 rooms, and we have re-carpeted the hotel corridors and public areas throughout the building as well...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night away. On arrival the hotel looked amazing & we were excited for what we would see inside! The reception staff were okay, too busy talking between themselves and what they had been doing at the weekend rather than spending the time telling us where all the facilities were. The room overall...

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside but unfortunately it was a disaster from the moment we stepped into the hotel! Checking in was fine as reception knowing we booked a family room for 3 people... got our room key, headed up to the designated room which turned out to be a twin room...no 3rd bed! So unfortunately had to walk...

Really nice hotel. All the facilities you could need. Very comfortable rooms that were really clean and well stocked. Great location for the NEC and close enough to get into town easily. Staff were very helpful and the bar was not expensive.

We have just returned from a two night break at the Arden. If you want a relaxing no frills getaway this is perfect. The food in the bar area is great value for money , we ate there both nights. The decor is a bit dated as is the spa area but it is all very clean and tidy. There...

Second time staying here for work. The hotel is comfy. The reception staff were efficient & helpful. Breakfast staff were somewhat frazzled & not overly friendly. My room was spacious, quiet & had everything I needed. The location was convenient. The hotel is a little dated & lacks "soul". Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. My dog was tolerated, but...

Had an early morning flight from Birmingham airport so chose to spend the evening from this hotel. It's only a few minutes to the airport and the taxi costs just £6. Add to this, you can leave your own car at the hotel for the duration of the holiday for an additional cost. You get to keep the keys so...

Stayed for 1 night last Thursday, business trip. Nice hotel, good value for money. Had dinner in the restaurant. Jamie, the assistant restaurant manager chatted to us for few minutes, gave us the information we need. Food was good so was the hotel room. Will definitely go back again - Michael and Jan
