My partner and I stayed at the old coach house in early December 2016. We were attending my daughter's wedding at Birtsmorton court and needed overnight accommodation. Mr and Mrs Vale could not have been more welcoming . They are a very friendly and warm couple. The room and bathroom was spotless and felt very much like home from home....

We recently stayed at the Old Coach House for a wedding reception at the local golf club. Janet and Dave are very welcoming hosts who look after their guests extremely well! Breakfast was superb and the rooms were clean and homely. The b&b was peaceful and is situated in a nice spot. Could not have asked for more, thanks!

Amazed they had room on an August weekend! Collected us from station even when not very convenient, at short notice, and gave us lifts everywhere; most welcome after our long trip. We keep missing out on Room 1 with the best view (I think!), but are getting to know and love Room 2! We all had a lot going on...

Beautiful location and a fabulous room on the side of the Guest...

The Old Coach House had great hosts, comfy beds and a delicious breakfast. The twin room was large, great tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk. There were plenty of towels. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of fresh fruit and the best cooked breakfast.
