I would highly recommend a stay here at this wonderful hotel. The food is amazing, the hotel is lovely with top class service and great location. Michele and Melania are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay here an unforgettable experience at a uniquely beautiful aeolian island.

This is a superbly located hotel. Most rooms have sea view overlooking Rinella (South area of Salina). The rooms are functional and very nicely furnished from my point of view. They all have a separate terrace with comfortable tables and chairs to enjoy the summer evenings. Food is absolutely incredible. We strongly recommend to have dinner there to taste the...

Salina is a quiet island. Do not go there if you're looking for nightlife. Solemar hotel is in a great location, in the sleepy village of Leni, overlooking the quiet port of Rinella. We loved it. The view is breathtaking. Michele, the owner is very helpful and does a great job at hosting people. The hotel is nice, clean and...

It's really pretty... Although new, it is of classic and authentic architecture. The craftsmanship and woodwork, like the beautiful shuttered doors are very pleasing. The room was very comfortable, with our own lounge chairs outside overlooking Rinella to Sicily, with the church and mountain alongside us. The desk helped us during our stay by suggesting the nice hiking routes, general advise,...

Spent two pleasant days at the Solemar in the middle of June. We arrived by the ferry from Milazzo - takes 3 and 3/4 hours as against 1.5 hours on the hydrofoil, but in my opinion it's part of the holiday taking your time and watching some of the other Aeolian islands go by from the top deck. We were...
