Just returned from my fifth trip to Las Piedras. It is a unique place where they accept you as a person first and foremost and disability second. However, this does not mean that they do not cater for your disability. They have a shed full of differently designed shower chairs/monkey bars, leg or bed raisers all of which can be... More

Arriving at Malaga hotel we were filled with trepidation as we have never been on a holiday like this. Simon met us at the airport and from that moment on the trepidation disappeared and excitement and anticipation took over, he was informative very pleasing to talk to and above all interested (not just a driver). On arriving at the hotel... More

If actions speak louder than words, then following my 5-star Trip Advisor Review of Las Piedras (LP) in 2011 we have now just returned from our 5th visit and our next one in April 2016 is booked already. That we have become regular visitors I think is evidence that I was totally genuine in what I wrote in 2011. What’s... More

I don't think there could be another hotel quite like Las Piedras.Alcaucin. It is an exceptionally good place for the disabled and I have tried several. The hoist for the pool is a bonus, for some reason I can't understand there are not many places in Europe who give access to pools for the disabled, they even have a hoist... More

A wonderful base for a holiday for both the disabled, and able-bodied holiday makers, we were met at the airport with accessible transport. First class food, and facilities, with everything needed by the disabled, very good organised trips out most days, except Thursdays, and Sundays ( airport days). Many thanks to Hannah, Adrian, and staff for making our stay so... More

We spent a week in Las Piedras as a large family group...20 of us! We rented the whole place similar to renting a private villa. We had a fantastic time and all the facilities are great. Plenty of space to sit together or by yourself and if you are self catering as we were the kitchen and small bar are... More

This was my third visit to Las Piedras, this time my two daughters & one boyfriend came too. As per normal we were met at the airport by Adrian which was a godsend as the thing all wheelchair users dread. I got off the plane to find my powered chair not working!! Adrian (fluent Spanish speaker) got the information needed... More

Went to Las Piedras several times over the last 9 years as companion/carer for disabled friends. Great hotel ran by Welsh couple Hannah and Adrian with lots of knowledge about travelling with disabled abroad. 5 fully wheelchair friendly rooms and grounds are steps free. Fantastic location in de midst of the La Moroma mountains of Andalusia, about 45 min drive... More
