We stayed here for one night. Parking was free outside hotel. We paid extra for a mountain view and it was totally worth it. We stayed in room 203. Huge room. High ceilings. Enclosed balcony with option to open doors to the outside. Table and chairs on balcony. The mountains are amazing. The room decor/colour had a Scandinavian feel with reindeer pillows. Soft towels. Super comfy bed. Reception were lovely. They discussed and were able to rustle up a vegetarian pizza for us in the restaurant in the evening as it is hard to get meat/fish free dishes. All of the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which has lots of good options. The hotel has a large bar area, hangout space with pool table and a very large balcony near the cafeteria outside for looking at the mountains. The hotel has a luxury feel with very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't want to leave.

My opinion relates to stays at this hotel over several summers. [Opinión sobre estancias veraniegas.] I highly recommend staying at this family-run hotel for one or more of the following reasons: -It is located in the peace and quiet of the majestic Pyrenees mountains...far away from crowded cities and beaches. -There is nothing quite like sitting on the large veranda with a drink, enjoying the spectacular views, especially after a day's hike/trek. -It is a fascinating architect-designed building, spacious, luminous and comfortable. -There are many beautiful day treks and shorter walks in the area, including to the nearby Somport Pass, part of the Camino de Santiago, and you can pick blueberries on the way!! -Also there are numerous excursions by car, e.g. to the small old city of Jaca, with its impressive 16th-century fort, and to the imposing though now defunct Canfranc International Railway Station that is steeped in history. Opened in 1928 and once one of Europe's largest rail hubs, during WWII it was a hive of activity and intrigue... Travel requires rest, and this is a great place to do so! El viajar requiere descanso y este es un estupendo lugar para hacerlo! Michael (Spain&Canada)

My family and I spent 4 nights here. Not much luxury hotels around the area (none, in fact), so we had to cross finges and choose one of the 3-star hotels in the area. This one already featured a nice rating at online platforms. Nice staff (except for a young male waiter who was rude once... too young...), especially the ladies at the front, so helpful! There is a free parking space just in front of the building and a nice elevator and lockers for ski storage. I would rate the food 3 out of 5, but of course it's a touristic place and you can't ask more for 3 stars. The Internet speed is OK, enough to stream Netflix. The TV in my room was a Grundig, an old model featuring a "service only" USB port: so, old enough to think of getting some nice Smart TVs soon. Anyway, since the remote control was the original, I could easily switch sources and go via HDMI with my laptop. The room is ok, large enough, warm enough. I had a couple of issues dialing in the right shower temperature but it's OK. There is room for improvement regarding furniture ("rustico" style is really nasty, out of fashion and uncomfortable). The bed is nice, with a large hard square pillow (something I am tired of requesting in higher class hotels), and a very cool LED lamp for night reading: gorgeous, made my day! As a say, a very pleasant overall stay, the hotel was above my real expectations. Extra points for the billiard table!
