We held our ruby wedding anniversary party at the bull hotel in the buttery! A delightful room that is across the courtyard from the hotel which was lovely, we were a party of 53 and it worked brilliantly. Leigh Ann and Hannah were brilliant, and organised everything from start to finish! From helping with the meal and wine choices, to...

Went here for a 40th Wedding Anniversary, lovely venue at the back of the pub, holds around 40-50 people, stayed overnight in one of the rooms, had breakfast in the morning, everything was really good. 👍🏻

This was a birthday present so I don't know how much the room was. The bed had a terrible mattress though. The absolutely awful element was the food. It was truly terrible and impossible to justify on price. The slivers of meat (?) which were served with leather brisket literally couldn't be cut with a knife. The rest was bland...

I took a friend for lunch as previous meals had been good, I had the rib of beef which was greasy and tough with no sauce ! It came with leeks and cheese, difficult to cut with a knife, and chips that tasted as if they had been left over from the night before and re heated 🙁 service was...

This is a quirky little pub/hotel. The rooms are quirky, but clean & comfortable. Breakfast is an extra but fairly good value. The road can be quite busy early morning so rooms at the back are better. Have stayed here before & feel it offers great value for money.

We stayed here with two other couples, and had a fantastic time. The Bull Hotel is in the beautiful village of Wrotham, and is very cosy and historic. The hotel and pub are also totally modern in terms of food, wines, and beautiful rooms - the old atmosphere is preserved, so it's not fancy, but the offering is spot on...

Went for a special occasion, been before and loved it, however I did forget to double check the menu as been a while and found they took the plain steaks off the menu. However did chat to the waiter who said that they could accommodate and pan fry instead of BBQ the steak. When the steak came up BBQ'd/ char...

For £69 not including breakfast I expected a very good room with excellent amenities, That was not the case. The room has dated decor and just look at my photo that shows the shambles behind the shower attachments. Both taps in the en suite were loose. Even basic B&Bs tend to offer a couple of courtesy biscuits with tea/coffee but...

3 of us visited on 18 September and were delighted to be served with delicious roast lunches. The service was also superb. Only one minor point was that we were not asked how well cooked the beef should be- in fact it was very rare which suited us but may be not everyone's taste so best to check when ordering.
