Start off with the positives.... Staff very lovely and helpful, cheap prices and close to train station and local amenities and a 100 montaditos on the same street :) I asked for a 'quiet room' this couldn't have been further from what I got! I got an inside room with no balcony (so hot) and a single bed and was... More

I was a bit dubious when my partner said he'd booked a hostel for our first night in Spain but I needn't have worried. In fact, we were both pleasantly surprised. Being disabled, I was relieved there was a lift up to our twin room on the third floor. We had a lovely ensuite and were given the control for... More

My wife and I stayed here over Easter and booked the place because of the positive reviews and location in the town centre. Pleasantly surprised with all we found as the hostel was clean, friendly and the service very good. The décor is a little dated but a traditional style found in a lot of small establishments in Spain. We... More

I have just arrived home, having found this wonderful hostal , I would highly recommend this place. I was lucky to have a room with balcony, so enjoyed view of sea. Booked a single room for an overnight stay to visit friends in Benalmadena for a birthday celebration, but was given a double twin. The staff so helpful. A short walk from the rail station, in a pedestrianised street, next to a family-run supermarket, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. What more could you want?
