This is a great little hotel. It is small, and the rooms are small but well- designed. It is run by delightful staff who really seem to want you to enjoy your stay. Easy check in without any fuss. old-fashioned, heavy, proper keys hanging from a hook. Comfortable beds in small but adequately furnished bedrooms. Excellent showers with good pressure and temperature. Very good breakfast at a reasonable price served in the restaurant or on the terrace. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner but a good bar for a pre-dinner drink with local wines and local gin (Try it). There are numerous restaurants within an easy walk so no major problems. Limited on site parking but again this was not an issue. Highly recommended.

July 2017 - What a lovely find on our travels up the west coast of France. Villa Teranga is a small hotel therefore you get a much more personal touch than elsewhere. A warm welcome awaited us and our double room had a wonderful beachy feel to the décor which was very tasteful. This hotel is a short 5 min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants which are lively but not too busy. Andernos-Les-Bains is a quaint, flat, small town which is very easy to walk around or travel by bike. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choice and the hosts took their time to speak to all residents. Our room didn't have air con but this wasn't a problem as the weather was cooler but may be an issue in hotter weather

We stayed here in a family room in April 2017 and would definitely recommend the hotel to other visitors. It's very conveniently situated for the whole of the Basssin d'Arcachon, and close to the beach and centre of Andernos. The room was bright, clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious (lots of choice and lots of organic and homemade produce).

We were in room 4 up a narrow wooden staircase through an arched door in to an attic type room. The room was fairly basic with a comfortable small bed. The air conditioning was inadequate and noisy. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom and the shower head kept on flopping down. The staff were very nice and there was an excellent breakfast on the patio. The hotel is close to the shopping streets and the side of the Arcachon Basin.

Hello, We are pleased to inform you that this part of hotel a little old has just been completely renovated. Our rooms are always small but with the charm of the old houses. The room 4 is now a suite with the 5 and a bathroom completely redesigned with its bathtub very cooconing. We look forward to seeing you again. Annie
