A charming place to stopover when travelling south. The bedroom and gardens are a masterclass in tasteful design with every convenience and Helene is a lovely host. This little farmhouse is in a pretty setting overlooking the cathedral of Bazas and was the perfect place to relax after a long day in the car. Magical!

This is a beautiful and charming bed and breakfast. Every detail has been tastefully thought of when decorating and furnishing the room and bathroom. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the towns cathedral from the backyard is impressive. The host is very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Only drawback is that the WC is outside the bedroom, but this... More

We stayed overnight at Le Sorbet on a rainy, wintry January night after driving from the Pyrenees-Orientales. The house looks old and characterful from the outside but has been renovated with style internally whilst retaining old beams and exposed stone/brick. Our friendly hostess greeted us and showed us to the room 'Kaolin' which was very attractive and comfortable, with a... More

We stayed overnight at Le Sorbet recently while travelling in this lovely area of France and thought it was very pretty. The tariff was very reasonable, and we were very warmly welcomed and well looked after. We had a pleasant breakfast French style in a warm and delightful dining room attached to the family's own living area. We enjoyed home... More

I'm saddened that you didn't understand that on reservation, I cook a dinner. It will be for next time! Concerning the access to toilet, I note with attention your remark but know that in the other bedroom, wc is on the same level. We spent very pleasant moments in your company and hope to see you soon. Hélène More

Great B&B in a lovely countryside location. Beautifully decorated rooms, clearly recently done, and very well appointed. The large gardens have views of Bazas Cathedral, and you can walk into the centre of the small town in 10 minutes - just make sure you take a torch if you're coming back after dark! Breakfast was very tasty, and our room... More

Hello Gemma, Thank you very much for you very kind message. I'm sorry because usually, I lend flashlights for return on foot of night. The next time when you'll come home, there will be a spa in the garden in front of the cathedral. I try hard to improve my English to discuss more easily with my Anglo-Saxon hosts! Cordially...
