The hotel is as small and charming as the village of Villers-Sur-Mer. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel offers what it should: clean, quiet, spacious rooms and a perfect breakfast. We'll be back in Villers and Hotel des Falaises.

We stayed in the top floor in a room facing the street, with good views of the other old buildings along the street and a narrow stretch of the ocean. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the middle of the night was filled with the noise of screaming youths in the street below. No fault of the hotel's, but...

We generally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Checkin was very efficient and the room we had was spacious with a good sized ensuite bathroom. The wifi connection was quite weak which was a disappointment. Breakfast was not included in our room rate and we picked something up from the bakery next door. The hotel is on the main street...

Stayed 2 nights in this lovely seaside town. Hotel des Falaises is a great spot to relax. Close to everything, sea views, very clean and tidy and extremely helpful and friendly staff. But beware, this is a seaside town so if seafood isn't your thing you may not find too many places to eat especially in the off season when...

The hotel building reminds me of the construction reminiscent of the old French architecture. The steep stairways, the wooden floor in the reception area and the Normandy style walls are a great way to be brought back to a different age of living. I recommend room #6 which is located on the top floor on the street side: open the...

We arrived late but alerted the staff and they stayed late to greet us. This hotel was immaculately clean. Updated washroom facilities with modern windows and shutters, my 21 & 23 yr old daughters were impressed by the colors and cleanliness of the room. I awoke early to the sounds of songbirds mixed with the cries of seagulls, the smell...

This was the cheapest accommodation we stayed in on a month long trip and our experience here far exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent and the breakfast was excellent value. The stairs could be a problem for some people, but we needed the exercise so can't complain.

We stayed for 2 nights over Easter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel which was perfectly situated in the centre of Villers Sur Mer.

We stayed here for one night in mid-September, with our four month old baby. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful and recommended a restaurant where we could take our baby. The room was large and had a double and two singles, as well as a cot provided free of charge. Certainly more than reasonable for the price paid!...

If you are looking for a lovely French Seaside hotel, then look no further. Perfectly placed as a base for Deauville and Trouville (and even Honfleur). or even as a place to venture from for a 1.5hour drive to Omaha Beach, it has it all. Fresh, new rooms (no lift by the way! so not so good for infirm guests)...
