Booked the family suite and a suite next door on the 3rd Floor- both suites were perfect, views on the terrace were breath taking and the hot tubs were an added bonus. Staff were impeccable and nothing was ever any trouble- went above and beyond. The hotel is literally right on the beach and you have a private entrance onto the Boardwalk. Private parking is a bonus which is also very secure. The hotel is serene and that matches the sound of the waves crashing in- just adds to a wonderful experience.

What a magical place to stay. We had a double balcony roll overlooking the pool and the sea and it was so worth it to have that room. We had gorgeous romantic drinks on the balcony watching my the sun set, or the fireworks that happen weekly in the summer. Huge plus that it’s dog friendly too! The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff were so nice, especially the cleaning crew. The pool is heated and overlooks the beach and has lots of loungers for relaxing. The beach is maybe 10 yards from hotel door to toes in the sand! So close. We had thought we’d take a few day trips from the hotel but we didn’t in the end as we had such a lovely time relaxing by the pool, swimming in the sea, paragliding (highly recommend!) and having drinks on our balcony. We will 100% be back. Just to note, parking is available but you do have to pay £9/day. The town is so popular for beach-goers that free parking is pretty much impossible so it’s worth just paying for the hotel parking instead of wasting your time hunting for a space on the street.

This beautiful building is located right on the promenade overlooking the beach. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. There is plenty of spaces in the very convenient outdoor parking. The indoor pool and spa are very well maintained, the outdoor pool is a bit too crowded with the lounge chairs being very close to one another. Worth mentioning: the in room wifi is excellent. The seaview from the room was simply amazing. Would certainly come back!!

Everything about this Hotel scores high. Beautiful, comfortable, modern and well appointed rooms -many with sea views (just a few metres away). Most of the staff can speak English which was a massive help considering my limited French. They're friendly, efficient and attentive. The grounds are remarkable, with a dining area under a canopy of trees and amongst tropical plants giving respite from the sun. Breakfast is served until 10.30 and offers a large variety of fresh baked pastries, cereals and cooked food. All served in buffet style. We had the most amazing holiday at the Grand. The sea was only a minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty of parking... there's nothing negative about this spectacular hotel. Thank you Grand hotel

Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff was gracious and helpful throughout our experience. We chose a king tropezienne room that included a nice jacuzzi tub on the private balcony. When standing we had direct views of the sea. With the concrete half wall on the top balconies, when sitting or in the jacuzzi, there was total privacy. Every morning we had breakfast in the lovely gardens with peaks through the foliage of the sea. As others said, there’s not much beach in front of the hotel, but you can easily walk on the attached promenade to areas with beaches. This promenade takes you to other restaurants and shops. From the front of the hotel, you can easily walk to other areas. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool. We had drinks every day by the pool with very nice service. We had dinner one night at Le Navigator - their restaurant in another building. Everything was perfect with a view of the sea and great service.

The room itself was good the problem I came by, was the bathroom space which was completely open to the room. We got greeted by a nice hostess. The rooms internet was not working. At night staff were rude and would not help much, connecting to the Wi-Fi was hard and the receptionist told me "I have a big line I already explained it to your family". I find this interaction one of the word ones I've had.

Firstly, the staff is amazing. They are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are well air conditioned. We were expecting a resort but this is not a resort; this is a hotel. They had 1 restaurant, one pool, and no actual beach. The restaurant is a lovely outdoor/ indoor place with beautiful greenery and trees. Staff again- incredible. The pool is very small for the size of the property. Many chairs but no ocean view. It looks like they had a second pool at some point, but it is filled with sand and broken chairs around what used to be the pool deck. Very strange. They had access to the beach, but the pictures showed a beach are with umbrellas and chairs that did not exist. They had a spa attached to the property. This spa is in desperate need of cleaning as well, including their indoor pool. This entire hotel is in need of a good cleaning. While our sheets and bathroom were clean, our carpet in the room was gross. Actually, all the visible carpeting was stained. The lobby is nice and welcoming but the kitchen is visible via open window in lounge area. Sadly, this reduces its otherwise welcoming ambience. This property is not worthy of the Hilton Curio title. We are well traveled and have stayed at many, many resorts- world wide. Hilton- please review this property.

This is a wonderful “Grand Hotel” in a slightly off-the -beaten track location for North American visitors to the south of France. We LOVED IT! Ignore the reviews by people complaining about bathrooms: the sinks are marble, not concrete!!! I’m a North American that summers in Nice every year; this summer we decided to come to Toulon/Les Sablettes for a bit of a change for a few days. The beach’s sand is as soft as the Caribbean, and In the south of France and that is almost unheard of!!! The hotel has a retro vibe that is charming. If you like a “Grand Hotel” vibe, this delivers! The rooms are lovely. Bathrooms fabulous. We had a terrace overlooking the entire Bay. Bonus: every Tuesday night in July and august the hotel hosts an incredible fireworks display. World class! La Gallerie restaurant is an oasis. La Navigateur restaurant is great. This hotel is the best place to stay around Toulon. Which BTW, we really were impressed with. Toulon is a charming city, with a fabulous pedestrian zone. Charmed on the upside. Ditto Bandol! We will come back! Merci GH Sablettes and the famille Lelievre!

Gated car park on arrival, right in the town centre and 20ft from the beach, lovely building and lots of character, rooms immaculate and quaint but as we had a base room (still €250 p/n) a little small to be honest. Reception friendly along with majority of the staff. Spa facilities now free again and great for relaxing. Pool area clean and well kept, will return if I come back to Seyne-Sur-Mer. Think you had to pay for loungers on the beach which I thought a little excessive though..!

The hotel has a good parking facility, room was a good size and the staff were ok, not overly friendly or warm. The spa was over run with children, as if it was a local swimming pool which was a shame when - as a couple - we just wanted a quiet stay. The decor was overly commercial and themed and the hotel lacked any atmosphere.
