I found all I needed in the room (a big mirror at last!), the staff were friendly and helpful, I appreciated the restaurant inside the hotel, and overall the hotel is very nice and comfortable at a reasonable price

Paid for suite and room not made up upon arrival. Wifi was really terrible in the alternative room which was not a suite. On the plus side dinner was nice although it was 9:50 and was guaranteed by reception at check in that if entering before 10pm, everything would be available on the menu. This was not the case... On...

We used this hotel several times for its quiet and convenient location in proximity of the motorway between Antwerp and the border with the Netherlands (our families live in Antwerp and the Netherlands). It is very good value for money and we always experienced very swift check-in and check-out services. We just park the car in front of the entrance...

The hotel is a multi building complex, so it looks more like a motel to me. My room was in the separate building near the parking lot. Entering this building was very easy because the front door is always open. When i got to the room, the smell of cigarette smoke greeted me and the room at first sight was...

We stayed with pets and were welcomed with no problems at all (an added advantage are the woods behind the hotel, excellent for letting the dogs have a morning...

It's the excellent quality of staff here that make the difference. Everyone is helpful and friendly - nothing too much trouble and they all go the extra mile. As well as reception (Nicole and Kitty)and the dining rooms, the room staff are great. I've even made a friend of their local taxi driver, Thorsten! The hotel itself is very good...

We first stayed at the Dennenhof in the summer of 1976 and have been staying there ever since when we visit Brasschaat. The forest setting is particularly nice, and the shops of Brasschaat are only a short drive away. Highly recommended.
