We just wanted to stop for the restroom. The cleanness of the rest rooms decided us to stay for dinner, which we did nit regret at all. Well served Jaegerschnitzels and Cordon Bleu... We will definitively return to this place!

Very Germanic in style. A hunting lodge ambiance. We love it. The food is excellent - again very German - and the rooms are very clean, tidy and with coffee on the communal landing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and speak English but also appreciate being spoken to in German. We always stay here on our travels skiing...

This is our usual stop on the way to southern germany and back. The food and accommodation is very good and a reasonable price, if you stay over night try to get a room at the back because the traffic noise may disturb you. The staff excellent and attentive.

On B10, it is a nice place to take a rest for further journey. Price and quality are really acceptable. We always stopover here, when we travel to the West.. I love to have salad while kids like their huge portion of Schnitzel. The portion here is huge!!

We stay here every time we travel to and from Austria and when travelling in Germany. We always get a warm welcome from the staff. The owner always makes an effort to chat to us, even though he has no English and our German is limited. The food is excellent and a good price. The rooms are comfortable and again...

Well here we are again stopped on our way from Bavaria to UK. This is our regular stop for a meal, and once again the food was excellent, and even though we didn't arrive until gone 3 pm no problem. If you are travelling A8-B10 etc this is the place to stop for a meal.

Once again we stopped at this property on our way to Calais, it has become a very convenient place for a rest and some really good food and service. So if you are travelling A8/B10/A8 then would recommend you try this gasthaus. This time they had the fire light in part of the restaurant and it was really warm and...

We stayed here overnight on our way to Bavaria, both the accommodation and food were good, the only real problem was the continual traffic noise all night. Which is to be expected as you are right next to the B10. One could of course shut the windows but of course that is not really an option when the weather is...

We travel this route very often but this was the first time we had stopped here for food. It was a nice surprise, food was excellent, service was fast and prices were reasonable. Will definitely use this place again.

This hotel is an ideal location when driving from the UK to Austria or Italy and you need a break. We have stopped here many times over the years, always in the winter, and it is getting a little noisier due to traffic but traffic eases off late at night and the rooms at the back are quieter. They are...

“It's possible rooms on the first floor may be quieter if at the back of the building - the top (2nd) floor apartment has windows at either end of the building, and so it's impossible to avoid the traffic noise.”
