We checked out online with TripAdvisor the price of a room in the morning at $147NZ. Not wanting to commit to arriving that evening we did not book. We however did arrive in Kaiteriteri that evening and asked at the motel if they still had rooms available. The lady at reception stated that she only had one room left at...

Hallo and thankyou for sharing your thoughts. This information though is entirely incorrect. We have a central pricing system which is exactly the same as what our guests see online.I actually went and checked after wards and found that the room you looked at in the morning was booked during the day and the room I quoted you was entirely different than...

We made our stay longer as it was such a great location, the room was bright and clean and hosts lance and kris were amazing. The beach is beautiful and only a short stroll into the main centre with easy access to the abel Tasman national park area.

Location is great in reference to the Abel Tasman National Park. About 1 hour drive from Nelson. The 2 BDR apt we stayed in was superb. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit ( free), very clean and great daily service. I wish the owner was a bit more helpful. Pleasant lady, but with every question re the area she sent...

Really enjoyed our stay at this rather special place. A home away from home with the best bed ever. So happy we took the advice of other travellers and booked the top units. The views and privacy, surrounded by bird song was amazing. So handy to beach across the road and of course the very scenic walk up and over the hill at...

We only had a few waking hours in Little Kaiteriteri. We got a friendly greeting, and a most excellent recommendation where to stay at our next stop (Hanmer Springs - so thanks for that great tip). Our room was at the top of the facility. Nice view. Very clean inside and on the grounds. Spacious - loads of floor space...

We stayed here passing through and were pleasantly surprised how great it was. The whole town. We wished we had longer here. The accomodation is so clean and well set out. You get a beautiful king size bed and very comfortable. The kitchen to the washing machine added extras. They also have a dryer for a small charge and the...

A short stroll to the beach and to interesting walkway that leads to town. Only a 10 minute walk to town by road. This way a perfect place to stay with...

Christine and Lance, our friendly hosts, made our stay so much more enjoyable with their can do attitude and good information on the surrounding attractions. Our decor was clean and modern. We had everything we needed including a well appointed bar-b-cue area and a " hot hot tub ". Spent some relaxing time at the beach and did a spectacular...

We arrived in the rain, hungry after a long bike ride in a group of 10. The manager organised a table for us at the Beach Whale, and even drove us there and organised for the Beach Whale to bring us home - how about that?? Our room was spotless, with comfy bed, had a laundry and kitchenette. On returning...
