My daughter and I were on a tour of Costa Rica and Panama, seeking out remote areas. This hotel was absolutely charming considering where we were. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Michelle. The room was more than acceptable, with a fascinating stone and flat rock décor. Bed comfy, very clean. Only issue for me is...

Normally you will get what you have paid for. I have travelled a lot and have been to remote places. So when i have to pay 90 dollars a night in Panama without breakfast it should be top notch. But it was a big dissapointment. The pool is nice, just like the bathroom. But the rest of the room gives...

Thank you for your review. To clarify the points you mentioned: 1. Prices: if you compare us to other comparable ocean front hotels around Santa Catalina (and the region in general) with swimming pools facing top surf breaks, that include full back up power generator, free bike use, free kayaks, free SUP, free surfboards, free body boards, free skateboards, free...

The hotel is located right in front of La Punta surf break (rock bottom) and you can walk to Estero Beach (sand bottom beach break) in a few minutes. The pool is right in front of the restaurant and overlooks La Punta. In addition to the restaurant onsite there are many other delicious restaurants within a short walk, many run...

Great staff, very helpful. Super comfortable mattresses. Kid friendly, beautiful grounds and pool. Best view of the surf break, and best access to the surf break. Highly recommended for those who can afford the price.

I stayed with my two teenage boys. We went there to be able to go diving to Coiba. The hotel was perfect. The food was delicious and the pool and service superb. Highly recommended. I would stay there again.

If you're used to Hiltons and Marriotts, this is likely the best place to stay in Santa Catalina in that it's rustic-chic. Because of the layout of the hotel, there is a nice community feel to the place. You spend a good part of the day walking around outside, meeting the staff and other guests. My son met two new...

Best Hotel in town. St. Catalina is far away from mass tourism and not the best place for beach Holiday only. But very nice for Surfing and diving (Coiba). Not much to do but a very nice resort with a nice and stylish small pool and very clean garden. Just a few rooms, familliar.
