Room: Standard room but you had to pay for a fridge. The shower curtain was pale yellow with rust on the curtain rings. Water was hot/cold off and on. The toilet broke at end of first week and continued to leak for the second week after being 'fixed'. The TV looked like it was pregnant - no flat screen. The...

Accommodation is basic but rooms cleaned everyday. Food is not very nice at all but drinks OK. Staff are very helpful and polite. I couldn't recommend because of poor food. Hotel is about a kilometre from the beach and there are enough eateries not far from the hotel. All in all average accommodation.

I spent 2 weeks here last year! On arrival the surrounding area did seem like an abandoned building site and in the middle of no where. However once we entered the reception area everything changed. Lovely staff and quick check in. Our room was very Lovely, view of the room, large, spotlessly clean. Everything we needed. The food was great...

Me and my partner arrived in Zante in September 2014. The area itself was dirty and most of the buildings were either derelict or half finished. We were reccommended to go this time of year as it was still hot but "off peak" only to get there and its end of season! Everything was shut, including the waterpark we was...

Was transferred here after being told our original hotel was closing for the winter. What can I say but absolutely bored to tears. I know it was end of season but absolutely no entertainment programme whatsoever. Not helped by the constant downpour of rain. Cold, damp rooms with only tepid water for a shower or a bath. Pool full of...

Hotel is a bit dated offering a basic accommodation. Our room was cleaned regularly and towels were changed daily. Quite location- about 1 km walking distance to the beach. Very nice, friendly and polite staff . Food was nice however the menu was very repetitive.

Hotel zante village is what I expected for the money I paid, there where a few problems.. Hot water not hot.. Food was awful.. Staff miserable and unhelpful.. Nothing in the way of entertainment at all. Would have been a total bust if the other guests hadn't been as much fun. Never again.

Visited in may and it was wonderful. However, the same could not be said for my visit in October. They had let most of the staff go even though they knew there was nearly 100 people checking in. The food was substandard and cold, the barman not only had the bar to do but snacks as well and as a...
