Went there with my daughter's basketball team for a tournament. The room was nice and clean. Checkin and checkout are endless. Moreover many people of our group had errors on their bill, which didn't help the checkout process. It was so long that even if the 3 persons before me had errors on their bill, I had to leave and...

I stayed at the hotel earlier this summer and quite enjoyed it. The restaurant is great. I returned this past weekend and discovered that the restaurant was closed!!!!! That was the main reason for booking this hotel. I booked over the phone and was NOT advised that the restaurant was closed. The website is VERY misleading. Would not return!!

My wife and booked there for our wedding anniversay. We should late after a night out together. Upon arrival check in takes long when there is no one there. Then we get into our room. To our surprise the walls are so dusty people have actually written on them. Then the sheets on the bed are actually to small for...

You will get little help from the desk staff here and waiting in line is a constant even to ask a question. We had wanted a taxi, and by the time we were served, too much time had passed and we had to drive. Rooms are fine inside but road noise and hall traffic prevent quiet sleeping.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend May 13/16 to May 15/16 our 2 night stay cost $400.00 for such poor service. The front desk attendant is also housekeeping and maintenance. The weekend banquet rooms were booked so the attendant was also busy attending to the needs of the guests of the party goers. I was charged $2.50 for...

The staff we encountered were pleasant. My room was fairly clean minus a few splashes on the wall and dusty corners. The two biggest frustrations were the onsite restaurant was not taking reservations due to a party that had priority over those of us spending the night. And due to a wedding reception taking place the same evening in one...

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend celebration with family in the area. The hotel is right off the highway although we were not bothered by any noise. There were many restaurants close by. We ate at the hotel for breakfast, it was reasonable and yummy! All in all, a good hotel and a great location for us!

We are regular visitors to the Imperia St Eustache and we look forward to our stays there. We have visited the hotel for a weekend about 15 times in the past 2-3 years as a couple, a family and with a large group(~25). It is conveniently located (just off the highway and handy for the Laurentians and downtown Montreal) and...
