We stayed at the Imperia Hotel in St-Eustache recently and by far exceeded our expectations. Starting from the warm welcome and effective responsiveness from the receptionist (Chelsea), to the Cleanliness of the room, and even the great food prepared by the restaurant NOVO. Especially during a worldwide Health Crisis (COVID-19), I felt safe, the hotel was properly adapted and clean to keep their guests & staff safe. If you are planning for a getaway, don't think twice, and check them out.
Booked a night at this hotel based on it's proximity to where I needed to be the following morning. The clean, modern look is good for a hotel and the Imperia has that in spades. Clean, comfortable room. Nice shower. Comfy bed. There's an A&W next door for grabbing a fast food breakfast. There is a restaurant, but with things being the way they are, I chose not to try it. They have two Tesla chargers and two J1772 chargers; being able to charge overnight was a bonus. If I'm back this way again I'd certainly repeat.
service was nice, from check-in to check-out. but our room 353 / 352 ( ROOM TIP. can't remember now. but at very end of 3rd floor, corner, view of trees and gravel parking ) did not have a working espresso machine, we did not say anything as our stay was for one night only. just wish staff had checked all equipment prior to check-in. during this pandemic, a lot of activities nearby are closed or the lines of people are insanely long, as they try to enter any event or activity that is open, so we chose to remain indoors and would have liked to have had more choices on our television ! aside from using our USB. sound sleep, nice service, and felt safe during this pandemic. COVID-19 TIP : PS: ensure that room has not been slept in at least 24-48 hours prior to your check-in during this pandemic. i verified this and other covid-19 efforts the phone. i guess you have to take their word for it ;-). but at this stage of the game, no one wants to risk being shut down again. NEARBY / ACTIVITY TIP : we went to the nearby well-known marche aux puces. go early in the morning before your check in time to avoid lines at the flee market.…
At our arrival we were met by two VERY nice gentlemen, Jonathan and Louis. We were checked in no problem, and here's what I can tell you now: Yes, they will take a security deposit like ALL hotels (or most) do. And yes, they will charge $ 4.00 for breakfast if you want it included (it's a very nice breakfast, not the cold muffin and coffee type). And if you would like a fridge in your room, it will cost you $20.00 to have one, but it's for the duration of your stay, not per day. Now once you walk into your room, you will notice this: How clean it is, how nice it smells, and how welcoming it is.. There will be a cash bar there with everything you need; water, pop, Crown Royal, Vodka, Grand Marnier, (and I know I am forgetting some), with goodies like Pringles and chocolates and sweets.. If there is ANY issue at all (a friend couldn't figure out the volume on her tv), they will not tell you on the phone how to fix it; they will personally come UP to your room and look after it for you and make sure you are satisfied. And yes, there is a pool.. a computer for guests, an exercise room.. The restaurant is quite nice and we were impressed with the food. The wait staff is kind and professional. What we found was that you were treated like a person, a human being.. not like a number. If you get a chance to deal with Louis Sylvestre or Jonathan at the front desk, I know you'll get the same wonderful experience we did. Definite thumbs up for the Imperia Hotel in St-Eustache! …
The whole family stayed here for my parents wedding and we had the best experience. Rooms were clean, well maintained, bathrooms nice and clean, smelled great. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Chelsea and her lovely male co-worker who's name I didn't catch (they worked the night shift).Breakfast was a warm & cold Continental spread with the best croissants I've had in a while. Would definitely recommend if you want great service and a fantastic stay.
