This hotel located in the historic and Savoyard heart of Pollenzo is very beautiful and particular. Elegant, but in some parts a little dated and in urgent need of a refresh. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom very modern and of great design, but the furnishings were a little gloomy. The swimming pool is beautiful and the garden is charming, although not very enjoyable. The historical complex of Polenzo, of which this hotel is part, with the university of taste, the church of San Vittore, the archaeological park and the gardens make this structure unique and fascinating. Everything perfect! I stayed one night with my husband in this beautiful hotel, we had a great time from start to finish. Special thanks to all the staff, a rare kindness. The hotel is located in a beautiful context and looks beautiful from the outside and in common areas. The restaurant is really, really good and recommended. Unfortunately the rooms (at least the room I aas assigned) completely kill the beauty of the experience. Poorly furnished with old and poorly mainted furniture and especially smelling like it was built directly on a sewer. Since I was staying only for one night I did not complain, locked the bathroom door (bad smell was coming from the bathroom) and coped with it. But taking a shower in the morning was a very painful experience.

We booked the most expensive suite, for two nights. The suite itself was large and very clean, however, the view is of a roof before you look beyond to see some beauty. The food for dinner was outstanding, as was our server! The problem, for us, was the service upon check-in. We had bags and our own car. There was no offer to help with bags, and no explanation about where to park. We were told we could pull the car up and THEN learned from another employee there was underground parking, which was great! Finally, two employees stepped up and brought a requested bottle of wine and were very kind. Soooooo, perhaps on any other day service may have been outstanding. We travel throughout Italy each year, by car, and this place was one of the worst experiences, for the cost.

After two weeks of the Festival, including preparation, my partner and I felt the need to "switch off". Convenient from Sanremo, the lower Piedmont was the most suitable option and the Agency Hotel was our choice which fully satisfied us. Let's start with the rooms, very spacious and generously sized, furnished as befits a similar structure that harks back to Savoy glory. The cleanliness of the entire structure, bedroom, bathroom, common areas, is commendable. In the package reserved for us, exclusive use of the Spa and a dinner which we found exquisite in quality and quantity. Excellent wine list, excellent service. Breakfasts in line with what has already been stated, quality dominates. Last but not least, a special mention for the attentive, very kind and never intrusive staff. I plan to return with other friends, sure of making an excellent choice.

I attended a corporate event organized at the hotel. The location is really beautiful, the renovation has preserved its original charm without distorting it with too many modern contaminations. One detail above all: the terracotta floor of the room. The meals consumed were excellent and showcased local products.

Hotel is located just outside this tiny ancient Roman town, has a lovely garden and courtyard where you can eat outside. A pool and a small fitness center too. Best is the staff, from the Management with Sabrina, to the Reception Elena and the restaurant with Christian. We stayed 6 nights and had lovely breakfast and 3 dinners very enjoyable with a great choice of Piedmont wines. The hotel also reserved 3 Slow Food restaurants around the area and also included in the package tickets for 3 Wine museums, Barolo, Grinzane and the hotel's.

The hotel is beautifully situated in a park. The rooms are large and well equipped. The evening menus were delicious and the waiter was very friendly and competent. The parking is free. We were there for the first time and will definitely go back. The location is good for day trips to Genoa or Milan.

At Bra station there will be taxis out of it - we are cooperating with Taxi Langa since long time, so you can come to Pollenzo with them. The cost will be 15 Euros (Bra-Pollenzo).
