We stayed in one of the newly build double rooms. The room wasn't really clean when we checked in (hair and dirt on the floor) and considering it's newly build it looked quite broken(cracks in the wall bathroom door not closing). It was a big room though with a fridge(quite nice on a duty free island). Aircon was not working...

Not bad for a small hotel as it's chalet type and had pleasant stay from 14 - 17 May 2016.. good for budget travelers. Breakfast is not provided but the location is good as nearby restaurants are available. Not far from Pantai Chenang.. Tips: ask for the new room as it's just been opened for business.

I stayed here for a week recently as availability in cenang was quite low. The place is in a good location - close to everything in Cenang but a way off so it's quiet and there's a nice seating area outside. All the electrics worked and the water/toilet and there was a fridge and kettle in the room. Aside from...

I got room number 1, with fan and aircon but even using both the room was VERY HOT!!! I could not sleep well... when I went to the reception it was "closed" so no one could help me and I tried to contact by phone with no success. My message was just read and ignored. Wifi was working but not...

Room sold as aircon with hot power shower. Aircon ok. No water pressure from shower and no hot water. Used a bucket and scoop to "shower" with but no discount applied. Room not very clean. Good location but unkempt

Room, Toilet - Clean. Wifi - Easy to connect. Room no 3 - toilet door couldn't close, water heater's hose had no proper stand. Reception - Was not at the table & guests had to call upon arrival. Ok for locals, not for tourists because chances are their phone is on wifi.

We were lucky to get one of the just finished new rooms. They were extremely clean and homely. Silent fan and Aircon, instant coffee/ tea and water boiler included. Also a TV if you like Malay shows. For this price it was a good choice.

The room had little ants in them, beds had a few stains and AC was a little slow. But the showers were good, they each had a little patio and it was prime location- a five min walk to the main beach, moped rentals restaurants and all the markets are right beside. BUT our cab driver had a hard time...

I stayed at this place for 4 days. The owner is the most rude person i have ever met. He doesn't know how to talk to customers. Uses bad words. Very poor service. AC not working properly and when we asked about it , the owner says : this is how it is.. Take it or leave the room. Cleaning...

The owner is the most irresponsible and extremely rude one I have ever met. The experience was totally a disaster: the floor was ‘sandy’ with hair lying all around the floor, dust all over the house, the air-conditioner was not functioning and the water pressure was low. The owner claimed that it was us who bringing in the sand while...
