Don't know where to start. Last minute our plans changed and we needed to bring our dog. He was catered for like a prince. All he needed was already in the room. They missed nothing. The room was fantastic with no signs of previous dogs. We stayed in the snowdrop. The food in the Brassiere was excellent. Our evening meal...

After being at this lovely location for 36 hours, I think my wife summed it up best when she asked "Is this 4* or 5*?". That's the point nailed on the head in my opinion. It is so close to a 5* but it misses out by getting details wrong - which is the difference between a stress-free stay and...

Stayed for a couple of nights midweek on a work course and found the service, facilities and food to be 5 star. Beautiful location in extensive grounds and the house itself is a superbly well maintained stately home. I imagine the prices are high but they generally deliver on all aspects, from the quality of the rooms and the food...

Turned up without my trainers for a course focussed on wellbeing. Unbelievably Lucknam Park were able to find me some trainers within an hour. Big thanks to Bart for lending me his and getting me out of a hole. Everything else exceptional - Can't praise the service enough.

We stayed last week at the hotel and can say without a doubt it is the nicest place we have ever stayed. I thoroughly recommend making the most out of your stay. We spent much of our time in the spa, but also went for a lovely walk around the grounds and down the drive. Following this, we had a...

My daughter and I wanted a weekend getaway from London, and landed on Lucknam Park. From the moment we were greeted by the absolutely delightful Victoria, we knew we had made the right choice. Victoria made us feel right at home and throughout our trip provided the friendly guidance and helpful tips that would make our weekend so magical. Honestly,...

Spend the day doing "Simple Breads". It was fun, the tuition and practical mix was excellent, pleasantly paced and delivered, and I took away some stunning breads. Wow - just do it. (Trip Adviser requires 200 words so I'm blathering on. There's really nothing else I can add except - "wonderful". Is that 200 words yet? Blather, blather).

Came to Lucknam as a complete surprise birthday gift from my partner. Primarily here for the "Michelin Magic" cookery course run by head chef Hywel Jones which I have to say was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had. It's only run twice a year as far as I'm aware so if you enjoy cooking its a must....

My wife and I spent two nights here recently for a special occasion. It was a great experience. From the first moment as the gates open and one drives down the wonderful driveway. The staff welcome was exceptional. The chap said : "we want you to feel at home" and we did. The room was OTT but really that is...

Brilliant! My girlfriend gave me a voucher for a 'Discover Thai' day's cookery schooling, with herself invited...good choice, my kind of thing. A warm welcome from Beth, smart changing room, and coffee and pastries prior to business. Note to self: The Chef's whites and aprons are well worn, and a little snug, but if you bring your own, they will...
