A nice enough place but the walls are very thin, you can clearly hear people talking normally next door, Why do they build hotel walls so thin? But I guess it’s OK for one night. But if you stay, DO NOT miss out on the breakfast. So unusual for a mid-range hotel to du such a good spread. I expected...

We booked this to go to the NEC with friends. The hotel has a pleasant garden and good parking and is convenient for the NEC. I was interested to see in another reviewers post that they paid £65. We paid £99.50 but the room rate was even higher at £119 I think. For that price I would expect top facilities....

I stayed here for one night before a business exhibition at the NEC. The location was good - it took about 10 minutes to drive to the NEC from the hotel. Hotel decor is in a bit of a time warp but the rooms were clean. A good atmosphere in the bar in the evening and the food was very...

Very nice hotel. Lots of free parking. Cute bedroom with kettle and tea and coffee. Had a nice relaxing bath. Couldn't get the shower working though but that could of just been me. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Loved my morning buffet breakfast too! There was so much to choose from. All for £5.99 cereals fruit crossiants

Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. room was ensuite and superb. Staff were very curtious and helpful. Food in restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was buffet, help yourself style and very plentiful. NEC was a short easy drive from the hotel which made it an ideal place to stay. Will definitely be back neck year

Returned to this hotel with a group of friends following a good stay last year. Have to say I was extremely disappointed with my stay this time around. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and clean and the reception staff were friendly as for the restaurant I Definitely wouldn't recommend it. Having prebooked our meal weeks ago they couldn't even...

This was my 2nd visit to The Strawberry Bank Hotel and I have to say I was very disappointed. Although my room/bathroom were spotlessly clean and it is a very nicely decorated hotel. I feel the extreme lack of Customer Service skills let the hotel down badly. The ladies on Reception are friendly and welcoming, but the restaurant and breakfast...

A large group of us stayed for the weekend of Crufts. We stayed last year & had a great time, so decided to return. We were disappointed by the price hike, designed to capitalise on the demand for rooms generated by Crufts, but accepted that this was a necessary evil. The reception staff are lovely & the rooms are clean...

Just 5 miles from the N.E.C this hotel is in an excellent position if you're visiting the venue or for the airport.Lovely rooms, nice staff and top quality food in their restaurant. Highly recommended and a pub attached, what else could you ask for.
