we booked to come for a belated birthday lunch for my 13 year old, we waited until today as my 2 boys had a PD day from school and we had his friend with us aswel. From the initial look of the outside of the building my eldest said it looked like an old council style building, however when we...

Dark, Dingy, Mouldy, Noisy, Dated and Dyer! Premium priced hotel for a room that looks like a cupboard. Try a Premier Inn instead. Just don't book. Not to mention the shower which was a dribble at best and shouldn't hot (and the controls are behind the water flow so you have to burn yourself to adjust it.) Comfy bed and...

Booked at shrt notice, this was a delight. The place had a lot of Christmas atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly, and the service was quick. 3 options of Sunday roast or a combination. Service was quick and the food was first class, and well priced.

I have been here a couple of times now and have always been pleased with my meal, always a quick service with friendly staff. Very clean inside with a lovely atmosphere, definatly worth a visit! The only gripe is the portions are a little on the small side, but I've always enjoyed my meal

Haven't been here for a few years and it's certainly a brighter place to be in but that's about it. There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday, shame the night was spoilt by poor service and food quality, the waitress staff were good but the food took ages to be served and the quality was not very good, management...

My partner and i came for a belated birthday weekend and a fishing trip. We were greeted by friendly staff and showed to a room. The room was a perfect size, beautifully clean with a lovely bed and a HUGE TV on the wall. It was just gorgeous and cozy. The only downside was the expense of the restaurant and...

Friendly welcome with pleasant staff. Room lovely and clean. I rang the hotel to request a room with a bath which was accommodated. Bed was very firm and better than expected. Breakfast lovely with very helpful staff. The restaurant was really busy (Saturday night) and we couldn't get a table so it's advisable to book. A big plus was Peroni...

Thankyou for your review, It was a pleasure to look after you. Quite rightly you recommend booking a meal, our restaurant is very popular and gets booked up in advance, especially on weekends. We have a brilliant view of the fireworks from our gardens! Thanks for staying with us.

We went for a family meal, we have never experienced such poor food, all of our meals where dry and barely edible, I had to send my £17.99 mixed grill back as half of the items where missing, and those that where there where dried up. when we did complain, I got asked "what would I like adding to it!"

I would like to offer my apologies, clearly Items had been missed off, It is not to our usual standard. And the team should have dealt with this much better. I hope you will try us again at the Himley.
