The Duck pate to start is excellent and a generous portion. The Duck liver starter is also very good. For the mains I highly recommend the Pork Belly and the Lamb, which are both very tasty! For the price is very good value for money....More

Went here with my dad for an evening meal. They were fully booked but as we were eating early they kindly fitted us in. The food came fairly quickly and was wonderful!Portion size was spot on and service with a smile. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday lunch at the Wheatsheaf Inn. Excellent selection of traditional roasts with fantastic selection of vegetables. All beautifully cooked and presented. Staff all pleasant and helpful.Throughly recommend

What a fabulous meal. 4 different starters which were all terrific and generous portions which is quite rare theses days. One belly pork, one lamb shoulder and two steak pies with herb crust. All perfectly cooked and presented with lovely vegetables, new potatoes and fries...More
