Be aware, you get what you pay for. No breakfast option, bar / pub next door closes at 8pm on a weekend !! You get one pillow, our toilet seat was broken, one light bulb had blown. Travelodge would have been a better option and I hate travelodges !!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Bed was uncomfortable with one 'barely there' pillow per person. Spent most of the night awake wondering why I had bothered. Would've had a better night's sleep in the car. Our poor daughter found the sofa bed equally uncomfortable, we were all up at 6.45am despite all the hustle and bustle the day...

We stayed here on one of the busiest weekends for this area, badminton horse trials, cannot fault the lodge one bit was lovely, clean and modern to our taste. Only disappointment was the starbucks adjoining the lodge stopped serving food at 8.30, it stated 9.30 on the menu in our room, and was told that the sister hotel across the way...

This is situated on the park opposite the Aztec West Hotel. It has its own car park and is basically a quality lodge next to a Starbucks. It's not a conventional hotel - no traditional reception, bar, restaurant. The Starbucks is used as an evening bar and there are some meals available from a menu. In the morning there is...

Great place to stay if you need a quick stopover near Bristol. You have to check in at the Starbucks next door, but thats no real problem, just a bit "different". The rooms are simple but very clean and have some of the best Bathrooms I've experienced for this price bracket.

We stayed here for an overnight break. The place was spotlessly clean, the corridors smelt of new carpet and cleanliness, and the room was spotless also. The couple of flaws ... 1. They were less than generous with pillows. We had one pillow each, and no spares. They flattened as soon as you put your head on them. I improvised...

We stayed for one night on a weekend visit to Bath, Bristol and Winchester. Turned up at 8.00pm to find the place shut down. After going across the road to check in at the Aztec we got our stuff in the room and sat and chilled out for a while before having an early night. The place was familiar, having...

When we arrived at 10pm we couldn't find anyone to check us in, but asking another guest we found out it was part of the Aztec Hotel&Spa the other side of the quiet road. It would definitely be better for the Hotel to sign this up as we would have started to worry with nobody answering the intercom. All was...

Started off I couldn't get into the hotel. Doors were locked and I'm not a mind reader - after phoning the hotel I had to go across the road to another hotel to check in, then someone at my hotel would meet me. They gave me basic information and not enough that was relevant. Next night I decided to eat...

On a recent business trip I stayed in this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. Basic meals were available on site at the Starbucks. Leisure facilities were available at the partner hotel across the road.
