We stayed here again for two nights before we did the North Coast 500, and returned here afterwards. It was like coming home. We have stayed at Glenspean Lodge many times. We rate it as the best hotel in Scotland. The food in both the restaurant and bar is to die for. The. fish and chips are the best ever....

This former hunting lodge looks out over a green valley and rolling hills - very beautiful. Our rooms were very comfortable and the food was excellent. Great selection of whisky, too! Warm hospitality from our hosts Ian and Suzanne. We weren't keen on the air freshener, which left a lingering scent, but otherwise were very happy with our stay.

Friendly, clean hotel with lots of character, luxury features, personal touches, good food and best of all ran by a welcoming and hard-working couple. The creme brulee warranted being ordered twice. I enjoyed Edradour cream liqueur which Ian recommended noting I'd been drinking Baileys. The menu offered a pigeon and rabbit duo - i hadn't tried either (i enjoyed both)....

This hotel is so much more than one would expect from a Best Western. The manager Ian and his lovely wife have made this a labor of love. Every single detail was perfection! I stayed in a unique Volkswagen themed room that had a large queen size bed and then 2 bunk beds that would have been perfect for children....
