Spent two days at Kincraig Castle Hotel. We had an amazingly large bedroom the staff were friendly helpful and professional. The food was excellent ' Fresh-quality and ample quantity. The freshly made bread and the scrambled eggs were the best I have tasted. Can't wait to go back. A most enjoyable stay. Thank you to all.

We only stayed one night, but we wish we could have stayed for longer! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. With a lovely view of the front lawns and gardens. The hotel was quite and we had a wonderful nights sleep on an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally located for...

The hotel is in a secluded quiet area albeit very close to the A9. This means a peaceful stay but accessibility to Inverness or to the north of Scotland. Friendly helpful staff, a good restaurant and bar menu for simpler dishes.Definitely would recommend a visit.

We booked to stay at the kincraig to celebrate a special birthday. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the booking and we were given the wrong room. This was in no way the fault of the hotel, however the staff went above and beyond to make it right and we ended up staying in the castle room. It was...

Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. The bedroom was spotless and spacious with a comfortable bed. There is a good choice for breakfast, something for everyone. The evening meal has to be one of the best meals we have eaten, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The staff were so friendly and attentive.

This is a very nicely decorated property with spacious rooms and lovely views. We found out the owner's wife is a Singaporean! No wonder we saw a lot of Asian influences in the decor within the property. Especially the huge orchid floral arrangement in the lounge. It's a pity we didn't get to meet her as our stay was only...

Relaxed comfort was combined with attention to detail to give us a wonderful day. The staff were so nice and keen to help. Generally there is a country house atmosphere with comfortable public rooms to relax in. Delicious food and a beautiful setting complete the picture.

Following a recommendation by a friend who has dined here many times, I booked a table for a Sunday evening as we were spending the day sightseeing in the area. The Castle is very pretty with lovely grounds (the rhododendrons are in flower already) and the views over the firth towards the Black Isle are terrific. Once inside, it's very...

Just finished staying here for the weekend. Lovely historic hotel set in the Highlands. I will start by saying that "Castle" is a slight misnomer as it is more like a nice manor house. Our first night we stayed in the standard double room. It was spacious with an ensuite bathroom but the decor was old and worn and the...

Used one of the hotels deals to book bed, breakfast and evening meal for 2 nights. Hotel is set in great location in nice, private grounds. The building itself has lots of character and is a perfect size for a couples break, everything had a personal feel without the feeling of being overbearing. While many hotels of this type often...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Kincraig Castle Hotel is a stunning, family owned, award winning 4 AA star hotel situated in its own landscaped gardens with breath-taking views towards the Cromarty Firth and the Black Isle beyond. From your first sight of the Castle, as you drive up the long tree-lined drive, you know you are somewhere special. The grand white-harled building was the ancestral seat of the Clan Mackenzie and the history and elegance of the period is reflected in the displays of crow step gables, ornamental turrets and stone mullions.
