The hotel from the reception area looks very smart but the bar needs refurbishment. The bar counter needed repairing and the varnish was patch in places. The room need attention. The windows were single glazed in the rooms and the rooms had electric heater.
On our recent stay here we found the staff to be attentive and professional. The hotel was clean and the food excellent. The only downside we found was the bed was a bit uncomfortable for us but that’s more of a personal thing I think....More

Hi there when I was there in November the Hotel did not run a mini bus. I had to move my car to one of the nearby airport parking places and they had a mini bus transfer . I would call the hotel 1st before going . Think... More
Hi there when I was there in November the Hotel did not run a mini bus. I had to move my car to one of the nearby airport parking places and they had a mini bus transfer . I would call the hotel 1st before going . Think other hotels like The Normandy have transfers included . Hope this helps .
