Stayed here during a business trip this week. Can't praise it enough! The owners work tirelessly to make sure you are comfortable, even laundering my colleagues shirts!! Attention to detail and cleanliness are fantastic. Best nights sleep in a long time. Air conditioners in the rooms. Rooms themselves are large and equipped with everything I could need. Free Wi-Fi. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay here. The manager is one of the most charming, gracious and efficient people we have encountered on our many travels. The hotel is well situated for visits to the wine areas of the northern Rhone Valley (Condrieu is 20 minutes north) as well as the many ancient Roman excavations and sites nearby. Highly recommended!

Found this on a very rainy Saturday night after a long day driving from northern Spain. I didn't want to stop in yet another ibis or similar chain hotel, so was looking for something a bit different. This was a delightful find. Pretty, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent meal and good nights sleep. Then a superb breakfast to finish... More

Perfect for a one-night stay on our way South: a great park to play in, a big room for the family, good dinner, excellent breakfast, and staff that makes you feel extremely comfortable. Will come back.

What we liked: - French hospitality at its best. 5 star hotel managers should send their staff to be trained by Sylvie, our host during our stay. - The best dinner & breakfast we had in our trip. - Large & comfortable room, with all the amenities you find in 5 stars hotels. - Pet friendly. We strongly recommend this... More

stayed here as part of a business trip. The staff and rooms were wonderful. I then came back for my evening meal and it was phenomenal! I cannot stress this part enough! I would stay here again without a second thought!

This small hotel had 5 spacious rooms with for French standards very large kingsize beds. Our bed in room 3 measured 2 x 2 meters. Heating, view and cleaness is top. Sylvie is dedicated to give you the best stay possible. Excellent food, good wines and a big breakfast. Very recommendable.

Located in Roussillon, L'Oree du Château is surrounded by park with trees and bamboo plants. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. They each have a private bathroom and a work desk. The Chateau’s restaurant serves very tasty and original regional cuisine with worthy diffrent of many-sets. The food is outstanding and gives a good value for money. L’Oree du Château... More

Three of us stayed here on our way back from Provence. Quite an experience really. Sylvie is the French version of Wonderwoman, and we thank her for a wonderful, hospitable welcome that the top hotels would be well pushed to match. Our rooms and beds were very comfortable. As a bonus, we had a superb evening meal, and a French... More
