Really lovely, comfortable accommodation - very attentive staff - brought fresh milk to the room for tea quickly and willingly, and bar food is excellent. Stayed here twice now, when I visit Downside School nearby - will go again.

Food was fine but beware the, albeit non-compulsory, service charge detailed in quite small letters on the menu. Happy to donate a gratuity when service is exceptional, but by choice rather than by default.
