We stayed in the attic room which was decorated and furnished to a high standard, large comfy bed with fantastic views. There was a modern bathroom with powerful rain shower. We was able to arrange an early check-in, there was a good selection for breakfast, service was faultless very friendly and helpful staff, the whole place was spotlessly clean. There...

One night break to Bath with friend. Lovely twin room with wet room 1st floor. Lovely decor. Hot night but fan provided which did the trick. Comfy beds and efficient wet room. As hot had window open, road tad noisey as room on front and traffic heavy late as Bank Hol weekend. If window closed no issue. Very good selection...

We stayed for one night - it's easy to find this modern b&b in box. Checking in was straight forward and the owner helped us with bus timetables and directions. The rooms were clean and modern, and had a good ensuite. The owners cooks a good English breakfast in the morning with lots of coffee and toast. Would recommend this...

Stayed there for one night on 5th July. I was given a warm welcome, as usual, my room was luxurious, the towels large and soft, and the breakfast excellent. It is an ideal location for visiting Bath. Stay there while you can as the property is now on the market!

Stayed here recently, to break a journey - collecting offspring from Bath Uni. We stayed in a well decorated and spacious room, which contained a large double and a single pull out bed - both were very comfortable. Lovely bathroom - the bath did fill fairly slowly (hot water) in the am, but not alarmingly so - and we weren't...

Thank you for the review and we're delighted that you were so happy. Just a quick response re. the sausages. we find that most people don't want large bangers for breakfast and that the chipolatas are more than adequate . They are very tasty and are made in our local butcher's shop of 90% meat . It's a shame that...

We stayed here for one night and we had a nice stay with a good location near Bath and the surrounding area. Hosts were very nice and polite. The breakfast was very good with great tasting bacon and tomatoes. Nice size room with a wet room/bathroom. Only issue we found is the quilts on the bed were very heavy for...

We visited Bath for the weekend and most hotels were either booked or overpriced so we opted for this lovely bed & breakfast about 15 minutes from central Bath. Our stay was just perfect.. a clean, cosy room. A modern bathroom with good facilities. Breakfast was made to order and also perfect for us. I would stay again and recommend.

I booked 3 rooms for a party of ten through booking.com for a hen weekend. We had 3 wonderful, comfortable rooms and a very pleasant stay here. The place is very homely - making you feel as if you are staying in someone's house. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and each had a very personal touch: books, magazines, paintings. Our...

Only an overnight stay for my husband and I but the room provided every comfort and everything you could need. A comfy bed, soft towels and something quite rare in hotels these days, very good lighting! A lovely history and a delicious breakfast topped off our stay.
