I have to say that I am very disappointed that your visit was not up to your expectations. In mitigation I can say that Sunday was a Bank Holiday weekend and, as usual we were very busy, which may have resulted in the delays you experienced. I have been in the trade for a long time now and have always believed that it is much easier to resolve a problem at the time rather than later and whilst there can be no excuses I can offer my unreserved apology for your experience.
If you would like to get in touch with me I would be happy to discuss any ways we could put the matter right.
