It was an all round delightful stay in a gem of a medieval manor house - fantastic architecturally, great room, good food/restaurant selection, extensive whisky selection, great looking spa (not used this time)

I could not rate this place higher, 5 star for a reason, absolutely stunning, inside and out. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Spa - Being able to use the spa before we could check in to our room was the perfect start to our break. The quality of the facilities are fantastic, so much to do and not crowded...

Stayed one night, treated like royalty, Stayed in room 50 and for about 45 mins there was a loud humming from behind the wardrobe, which kept us awake, just as we were about to ring reception it stopped. I think hash browns are not in keeping with the image of hotel and should be replaced on breakfast menu. The spa...

The enchanted place on the hill, so atmospheric, beautiful, truly like stepping back in time; the room was clean and comfortable, we had a lovely sleep and the receptionists were charming and helpful. In the restaurant, the meal was delicious although there was a smell of BO in the restaurant. I felt annoyed by the presence of the waitress, she...

We, a group of nine ladies, had a fab weekend at Boringdon to celebrate a 50th birthday. We booked in on the sublime Sunday package. The other guests at the hotel were mainly couples and the hotel was big enough to absorb us all. Before check in, the staff responded well to my many emails etc. Dinner/breakfast was well presented...

A lovely relaxed atmosphere, sat by the cosy fire enjoying great company over a cup of tea. Over the space of a few hours we consumed 3teas and a coffee (flat white-nothing fancy) extremely enjoyable afternoon catching up with a friend. Came to pay the bill and totally in shock at the cost......£18.80!!!! Shan't be rushing back anytime soon.......

The gentleman that greeted us at the door was extremely friendly and polite, and promptly showed us to our table. The room was beautifully decorated, and there were some great little touches (the mirror shaped menus...
