Myself and 3 friends have just experienced a fabulous beak here. The service was second to none, food was delicious and beautifully presented, and I haven't felt so relaxed for a long time! We are planning to come back later in the year - I would highly recommend Rigby Hall to anyone who is looking for a child free relaxing...

We booked for a relaxing one night stay, but it wasn't as relaxing as I had expected. The staff are kind, but our dinner booking got mixed up, so we didn't dine when we wanted. The hotel is obviously popular, especially at weekend, so the thermal suite was crowded. The actual thermal facility is excellent, but too busy for me...

We stayed overnight for a girls celebration weekend and our room was fabulous - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge. Great Elemis toiletries, comfy beds and even fresh milk in the fridge for our brews😊 Spa thermal journey was ok but this was our fourth visit and it was too busy for our liking this time. Too many...

I have visited the spa three times previously and stayed over in the hotel each time and we have always had a nice time. This time we booked just a spa day and lunch package for a mid week treat and I have to say the standard has really dropped. We arrived at the restaurant and waited around 10 minutes...

Went to the spa for Valentine's Day... was extremely busy and maybe a bit overpriced for what you got, but a good atmosphere and everything was very clean. The spa was lovely and had the most relaxing 2 hours! My boyfriend had a great time too and we can't wait to go back

We recently visited for a midweek break which included accommodation, dinner, breakfast and use of the spa. We arrived around 12:30 and were delighted to find our room ready so we wasted no time in getting ready to use the spa facilities. The rooms were good, a few scuffs and marks on furniture and a large tear on the bed...

Me and my boyfriend came for a spa day on Wednesday and it was lovely, the only thing was it was just too humid in there! Felt like there was no air and came out with a massive headache. Our massages were really good and defiantly felt the benefit.

This spa and hotel have to take first place of all the overnight spas I have had the pleasure of staying at. The accommodation and food were 1st class, the staff could not be anymore helpful ( we were unintentionally quite awkward with regards to food and treatment times but the staff still accommodated us and went out of their...
