liz and roger were the most welcoming of hosts the setting was breathtaking and an excellent place to stay the bed was very comfortable which is a definately a plus and we slept really well the breakfast was second to none with eggs from there own chickens. it was a great location for windermere and the yorkshire dales.just up the...

Five of my family including a very elderly mother and teenage son stayed with Liz and Roger at Kemps Hill this summer. They couldn't have been more accommodating and generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and given the age range of our family, they seemed to have a perfect instinct for what each person needed. Our son loved the dogs...

We are very fond of this B. an B. and of the friendly people who run it. It is small but excellent. There are always many birds in the garden- all kinds of birds - and there is a splendid view from the conservatory and dining room. The bed and the breakfast are excellent. We have been here eight times...
