A warm and relaxing place to be in where all staff can adapt to every need! We will definitely be using the facilities again and recommend it to anyone! The spa and pool facilities are lovely!! Thank you for our stay!

A fairly comfortable stay let down by costs for children meals, poor service and a 'lads' football bar, plus a requirement to move the toilet seat every time you wanted to flush it. We have to book a room in emergency . The price was £89 but when I selected the room the price went to £99. I had to accept as I was in hurry. Apart from some issues of cleanliness it is not a bad option

Stayed with girlfriend for two nights. Nice hotel. Didn't eat at the hotel apart from breakfast which was nice and friendly staff. Most staff around the hotel seemed friendly and helpful, but definitely some more than others. Coffee machine a bit hard to use at first.

Poor hotel ,pretending to be better than it was ,would in future avoid at all costs . Cheap but not cheerful more of a Wetherspoon feel of a hotel than a proper hotel from self check in to self check absolutely no sense of a proper hotel .

Booked in to Bromborough Village as was attending a wedding in Port Sunlight. Perfect location for this but otherwise it is on a busy road surrounded by retail parks. Short drive to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet, which we reached in 15 minutes. Well worth making the time to go. The bedroom was big, modetin in decor with a huge, comfortable...
