I went here with a friend and stayed for 2 nights. We found a good deal on Groupon. The hotel is ok but needs a renovation. The food is good, but the breakfast was bad. The breakfast room was as cold as it was outside and there was no fruits as written in their menu. My porridge was burnt so...

Just stayed at the Killearn hotel for three nights. When I pulled up. I thought the place looked a little tired. But once inside it was fine. My room was excellent and cleaned every day. Breakfast was also very nice.

Nice sized room was warm and clean. Hot water was only available from electric shower. We were promised breakfast at 8 o clock due to having to get a 10 o'clock flight this did not happen and gave up at 8:15. Main bar/restaurant area was a bit bland other rooms such as the guest lounge was a far more pleasant...

Stayed 2 nights on a groupon deal. Can't deny certain areas of the hotel need a bit of TLC but overall we a had a great two nights. Staff very friendly and helpful and seemed to work non stop. Any issues were sorted with no fuss. Food was excellent. Will definitely return.

The staff were wonderful, service from them was excellent and the food was really good, however the bedrooms were awful. It felt like you were sleeping on a dirty bed with dirty cheap bedding. I had booked several members of my family in for my daughters wedding and was so embarrassed when I saw the bedrooms. It is terribly over...

We visited this hotel for an overnight stay on 9/10/2015. When making our booking we were asked arrival and I said approx 1pm. Arrived at 2 and the reception had a sign up stating the didn't open until 3pm. We were never advised of this. Went and had lunch elsewhere. The hotel had the booking wrong waited 20mins for a...

Stayed here for 2 nights at the September weekend. Lovely warm, friendly welcome from Stacey, who remembered us from previous stays (it's nice to be welcomed back - hopefully we're remembered for good reasons!!) Ate in the hotel both nights - varied menu, food was faultless, and very well priced. Table service was provided for drinks - which was a...

Nice clean room - not too warm which is the case with most rooms I stay at. Evening meal was nice and hearty; the chips looked a bit overdone at first but they tasted fine. Proper (and) homemade apple/blackberry pie. Only thing was that the usual restaurant area was practically out of bounds as it doubles as the bar area...

My wife and I stayed here with a groupon deal which gave us an overnight stay, scones and tea/coffee on arrival and breakfast. We paid £49 which we felt was value but wouldn't pay any more. Our room was fine, clean and acceptable without anything to particularly recommend it. We had no bath but a shower which was not particularly...
