We visited the hotel in September and were very impressed! The location is beautiful and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Lindsay and Anne are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would highly recommend it to anyone! Will definitely be coming back next year

The views from the bedroom windows are magnificent, looking over the Conway valley and beyond. On arrival the welcome is warm and genuine. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The rooms might be a bit dated but are very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was spotless. Breakfast and dinner are first class. I would have no hesitation in staying again.

I'm going to keep this one brief The roast beef - so tender and plentiful. (Too generous) Delicious gravy. Lovely roast potatoes. Nicely cooked veg and a Yorkshire pudd the size of a small car For pudding - Apple crumble and custard. Never tasted better other than when mother made many moons ago. We returned to the Conwy Valley for our annual end of season treat. It is so relaxing to stay at the Princes Arms and enjoy the hospitality of Lindsay and Ann. The views over the valley are spectacular and the food is great. We look forward to returning next year.

The title says it all good value for money and Lindsay was a great host. The room was a good size and bed very comfy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Snowdonia as the location is good only 40 mins to Snowden railway and other attractions all within short travel distance. A real gem.
