All I want to say is that this friendly and accommodating B+B introduces the naive to one of the most beautiful areas in the world. The people of Wales are marvelous, helpful soles. Go down an old fashioned mine, visit the Brecon Beacons and enjoy picuresque Abergavenny. Old castles abound if they are your interest like mine.

Roseland is an impressive house inside and out. The garden is really beautiful and full of wonderful flowers and plants. Susy is a tireless host and could not be more welcoming and helpful. It felt like we were staying with friends. The bedroom was comfortable with nice bedding, toiletries and towels. Staying at Roseland was a real home from home....

Stayed here for a night and were made to feel very welcome. We had a really comfortable stay and sleep. There were also plenty of options available for breakfast. We opted for the cooked breakfast, which was very tasty! Would definitely recommend!

Just stayed at Roseland's for a few nights. Great hosts & welcome on arrival! Suzy was kind enough to collect me from the train station & drop me to the Theatre where I was working which was very kind. My en-suite room was very clean, comfy & had everything I needed. The lovely Georgian dining room was accessible all hours...

stayed for one night with a group of friends. Lovely welcome cake and tea on arrival. Susy was very friendly and helpful, even drove one of our latecomers to the pub! Good facilities, tea/coffee making in room, sweets, shampoos, etc more like a hotel than B&B great breakfast. Local area is a bit run down but this is a classy establishment....

Stayed one night with friends prior to a day's walking. Had a very found night's sleep followed by a lovely, large full breakfast. Susy and Tom are friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and just the right temperature. All in all, just right.

All rooms have beautiful views of the gardens surrounding the Inn...they don't call it Roseland for nothing! Our host was quite lovely and very accommodating, since this was my first time staying at a B&B I wasn't sure what to expect...but this experience has me wanting to plan another trip to Tredegar soon!

We stayed one night here. The room we were given was spacious, comfortable & well equipped. We were positively encouraged to make use of other parts of the house - kitchen & dining room - and help ourselves to drinks, books, games etc. The breakfast was excellent - delicious but more than we could manage - and we enjoyed having...
