We can´t recommend the Maxime Boutique Hotel enough! That first impression of a country you´ve never travelled to before, is so important for the rest of a trip. We startet our vacation in Haiti, staying at the Maxime Boutique Hotel in Petionville, with Jihane and the rest of her family. We felt like we were in safe and caring hands at all times, all service we got, felt personal in a way you very seldom stumble upon. We got superb advice on every question we had from restaurants, to clubs, shopping, price ranges around all of Haiti. At one point of our trip, we came back to Port au Prince, to transfer with a flight. The flight got cancelled due to bad weather and we were stuck in PAP on a friday. We called up Jihane and she quickly arranged a pick up for us at the airport, and found a hotel with available accommodation, as The Maxime were fully booked. Thank you, we really hope to come back soon <3

I was in Haiti on a work trip and spent about two weeks on and off at this hotel. It was perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean decorated tastefully. The hotel has a beautiful tropical garden with amazing views. It offers yoga classes every day. It’s safe. Staff is lovely. And the family that runs it is warm and very helpful. One of my best hotel experiences ever and I travel a lot. Consider yourself lucky if you find a room here.

Used the Maxime Hotel during a business trip to Haiti. This small Boutique Hotel is the perfect hideaway in a sometimes difficult city. Very secure, outstanding service and a tropical garden setting round up the picture.

After several visits to Haiti and after trying a dozen different hotels here, i have finally found the perfect place. A true home away from home. Maxime Boutique Hotel is a small luxurious hideaway in Petionville. The architecture of the hotel is scenic and minimalistic. The rooms are spacious and the interior design is tasteful, cool and modern. The family and staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This definitely ranks as one of the most amazing hospitality experiences of my life.
