Lovely, very nicely decorated, spacious home in a beautiful setting. We didn't stay there during this visit to NZ, but we would put this place high on our list for our next visit. (The hosts, Bruce and Shona, aided us after we had a minor car accident. They were extremely helpful as we negotiated with road side assistance and the...

It's hard to find a couple as enthusiastic about their area as Bruce and Shona. Their sharing and guidance ensures you will get the best from this eclectic area. If you like to feed the eels in the crystal clear lake or go kiwi spotting after dark or simply enjoying bushwalks, You can be assured of nice clean. comfortable, and...

We booked at short notice and stayed in the cabin which was very cosy and self contained. Shona and Bruce were very welcoming . Coffee and home made cakes on arrival and a lovely breakfast. Although near the road it is not noisy.Nice views. Recommended.

This is an absolutely fantastic place very close to Saint Arnaud and worth staying at couple of nights if you go around Saint Arnaud and the lakes to have a look. Short distance to the lakes and Mount Robert.

A wonderful small B&B approximate 4 kilometers out of town. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We had a good nights sleep in the most fantastic bed and in the morning we woke up to a delicious "brekkie".We will never miss it if we go to St. Arnaud again. It is possible to order dinner in advance - there...

St Arnaud is just 1,5 hours drive from Blenheim. It is close to two beautiful lakes and between mountains with good campsites and many hiking opportunities. The Nelson Lakes Homestay B&B offers a number of comfortable rooms for couples in the main house and two well-equipped cabins for families with one or two kids a little up the hill. A...

Recently taken over by new hosts, this is an nice B&B which, by arrangement, will now provide an evening meal, useful as the town is a 10 minute drive away, Room on back of house was comfortable and clean, if not the largest.

We arrived at Gay and Merv's wonderful home after a great hike up Mt. Robert. The views from the hike had been amazing and the views from their home were wonderful too. Their home is a few killometers outside St. Arnaud and that adds to the quiet and peaceful setting. They offered us tea and fresh rasin bread when we...
