We stayed in the b&b part which was four separate rooms with a common kitchen-sitting area. All rooms have a view of the water and a deck outside the door. We chose to get a pizza from the restaurant and sit outside on the deck since it was a beautiful evening. The room was clean but had a musty smell...

Our room in the J & J (B & B) was a great value. It was spacious, offered a partial view of the bay, and was quite clean. We especially liked having a small table and chairs where we could drink tea or read. Only wish there had been twin beds or a single queen-sized one.

What we liked about it was that it was very quiet, clean, well-equipped and excellent value at 75 dollars a room including full breakfast which was served at the motel. Tea and coffee facilities as well...
