This motel is located on main regional road 15 just out of Sudbury (about 30minutes). The outside appears a little scruffy and do not do justice to the rooms. They were great, tastefully furnished, modern, clean with two beds in our room, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee making facilities
Free breakfast, free wifi and free parking. I paid twice the amount at a franchise motel last night and it wasNOT nearly as good as this.
This motel is well worth considering if you are in the area and the price is very reasonable. Check it out you will not be disappointed.
NO CIGARETTE SMELL -- yay at least someone in the hotel/motel business has got the message- chain motels take note.
Shopping centre and major supermarket short distance away if you want to cook in the microwave.

Lively is a bit better of a place for people heading through town as most places in Sudbury require driving into the city. This is a more barebones place, but I found it is easy to get in and out of, even with a late check-in.

This place is still clean for now. I could tell that this cute Motel was well cared for in the past and reading the reviews clean seems to be its saving grace. But it is under new management and I can tell it is starting to slip. The beds sheets were clean but the room smelled of freshner so bad we had to open the windows. Once we found the glad plug in we unplug it and it got a lot better. The traffic on this road is noisy and we were worried about our car getting broken in as the people next to us did not spend too much time in their room they smoked a lot I guess. We were stuck everything in Sudbury was booked. It was a lot better then the Knight Inn which again we had no choice to stay at due to all rooms being book in Sudbury. Wifi worked very well.

Didn’t expect much from the outside but pleasantly surprised by the inside. Cold air con, comfortable beds and nice showers. I stayed here because they allow dogs and do not charge an outrageous fee. They have non carpeted rooms too so no past visitors messages. The wifi is good but the tv is mostly just standard channels. The front desk gentleman is also very nice. All in all a very pleasant surprise.

Excellent motel. Well appointed, comfortable room. Fridge, microwave present. Perfectly clean. Nice hot shower in refurbished, tiled bathroom. Very nice people running the place. Highway noise if you're sensitive, but that doesn't bother me. Nice option of blackout shade for window.

The only reason I came to write a review was because the previous reviews helped me decide where I wanted to stay, I really want to thank those people :)
I stayed at this hotel for a day and I can tell you it was the best experience ever! The exterior looks like junk/unappealing (no offense but it's true). Inside it's great and you will be totally satisfied. We booked two twin rooms, It included a microwave a refrigerator, washroom necessities (soap, toilet paper etc) and even a coffee maker with some coffee that you can make included. The bed was comfy and there was no stains or anything on it or in the room in general. The air-conditioning works like a charm, which is a must if you stay in the summer. There is a t.v in there but it's not a fancy flat screen or anything but still not bad. The staff were really helpful and kind, we forgot our key in the room and we just asked for another one to open the door (just so you know when the door closes it locks by itself, so keep that in mind). The complimentary breakfast is just great there's four choices of cereal with coffee, different types of muffins and cakes as well as tea if you want and couple of more drinks and food. The only thing I would say is there is a railroad track just across the street and a train comes like 3x a day so it can sometimes get loud
Don't be fooled this is the perfect place to stay it's is really reasonably priced can't be beat.
In conclusion I would recommend this to a friend I had hardly any problems here and I would definitely stay here again next time.

When everyone was booked, Village Inn had a good sized suite. We were pleasantly surprised to find a room with two double beds which led to a completely renovated bathroom and a kitchen. Included in the cost was a continental breakfast with fresh pastries, a variety of cereals, fresh bread and butter, coffee and juice. Great experience!

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights in March 2013, and couldn't have been happier.
The owners are very accommodating, and happy to have a chat about the local area if you are new to Sudbury. Check-in was relaxed and flexible, and Tanya told us everything we needed to know.
The room itself was newly renovated (I'm not sure if they have updated their website with the new images yet) and very clean. The beds (our room was a twin) were more luxuriously appointed than you'd expect for the cost per night, and the kitchenette had all you'd need for a short stay. The bath and shower were clean, and refreshed daily with nice towels.
The breakfast room is a little dated, but it added a bit character in my eyes, and the coffee that was brewed in time for our arrival along with the food and cakes provided made up adequately for the decor.
A 15 minute drive from the town centre, with a supermarket, LCBO and ATM 2 minutes away, this motel is well worth the value, and certainly the top in its price bracket in the Sudbury area: just don't judge the book by its cover!

Called ahead to book a room (as it states pet friendly ) and stated 2 adults and a dog. Booked a room and upon arrival suddenly told no animals. Huge inconvenience ! Get it right! We viewed this motel on TripAdvisor and had we booked we would have lost our money! Always call ahead! I will never book through this service again.
