This is my 2nd stay with Hotel Roma from 24th to 29th September 2016. The feeling is great and homely. Everything is perfectly arranged as requested. Very friendly staffs as usual and with their warm greetings and smile. By far, this is supposed to be the best hotel in Tuguegarao City. The hotel is situated in the middle of the...

August 9,2016 - Simple hotel lobby but be surprised with their big and spacious room. Ideal for family stay. A good venue also for family occasions like weddings and birthdays. Yummy and affordable food are available in their restaurant.

I might have been a victim of my own expectations with this hotel. According to some people I asked, this hotel is supposed to be one of the best if not the best hotel in Tuguegarao City. So I was expecting something a little more than just the ordinary but lo and behold, ordinary is what I got when I...

This is one of the good hotels in this city but some of the hotel workers particularly the reception area and the guards are extremely rude. They do not treat their customers fairly. The guards prioritize and entertain only customers with very nice cars. They tend to ignore other cars who have been waiting longer to get a spot in...

Nagstay kami rito sa isang gabi. Ang buti ang mga facility dito. Kahit na hindi pa lahat, ang ilang room ay may aircon na made in Japan. Di-katulad na pangkaraniwang aircon na ikinakabit sa middle class hotel na sobrang noisy one. Ang ganda, at presko talaga. at ang shower room ding maganda. Inirekomenda sa inyong mga Japanese at mga Pilipino...

We stayed here for five (5) days and four nights. The staff are very nice, courteous and accomodating. The room was very cold and the water running ok, not too hot though. I only have a few concerns. There is no refrigerator in the room where we stayed. It could have helped knowing how hot tuguegarao was. There are no...

Everytime I visit Tuguegarao City, Hotel Roma is where I stay. They always have maintained their high standards. Room quality is good everywhere, and very good in the renovated wing. Renovations covered also the bathrooms, which have new fixtures and tiles. Wifi is good everywhere, including in the restaurant. Food quality is very good: well prepared and the quantity of...

The location is both a blessing and a curse. It is right in the heart of the city so in terms of access-- very good to make it your base. However, since it is in the middle of the city- you need to navigate through the swarm of tricycles and one-way streets which can be a challenge. The hotel itself...

From check in to check out the hotel staff are excellent. With no fuss we were shown a couple of rooms to chose from with a range of prices. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and good value for the price. That's the good, the not so good is Michelle's restaurant. While the food offered is wide in range...
