Basic rooms, but quite OK. Not very clean though: the kids had black feet from running around in the room. We had a family room first, a duplex with kitchenette later. Kitchenette not really clean and lacking most tools (only one fork etc). The double be was very good though. The (daily checked) swimming pools were the highlight for our...

Caillafou in New-Caledonian lingo has got lots of meanings among which careless, rundown, etc We have stayed regularly at this hotel over last 20 years and have seen it gradually sinking to the very low standard it is now. It should not even be classified as 3 stars any more as it has in effect become a very expensive mining...

Friendly staff welcomed us and accommodated our request to change our nights of stay with ease, arrived late so the use of pool was not an option but rooms were fairly good and the overall environment was great. Buffett Dinner overpriced but when remote in NC it is expected.

Stayed there 3 months in 2013 and really liked it. Chalet rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and fridge. TV is only in french though. They have great buffets especially at the weekends and if you are not afraid to spend some cash I'd highly recommend trying it.

Stayed here on a business trip and found the staff helpful and friendly however my room was badly in need of an update as in deed is most of the hotel. The food was hit and miss but the accomodation for its rural locations was good. AC, large screen Tv's livley bar at nights was fun. The hotel managment did their best to accomodate my needs despite causing a massive issue with washing my passport. Enjoyed my time will stay again if im in region.

We stayed for a single night in early July on our driving trip around Grande Terre. The rooms were fine. The bar was pleasant. There were a few tables of workers from local construction and they were all well behaved. The buffet dinner was very nice with freshly cooked fish and sausages and steaks.
