Just the perfect place to get my son's and their families together for a week in the bush. Always busy. The lodge offers some of the best game drives around, including night drives into Kruger. Fantastic. Another trip planned for the end of 2017. Also, love the multinational ambience with guests coming from every corner of the globe. It just...

Dear Ron & Terri, It was wonderful to have you back at Needles! We really enjoy your visits and our long chats. The sunset drive in Kruger that I accompanied you on was amazing. Those huge lions roaring right next to us was spectacular. We look forward to your next visit. Warm regards, Denis, Gail, Colin and the team.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful lodge. Denis welcomed us in French, very useful to greet French Europeans and Québec people. We enjoyed a lot the location, the wonderful meals at night sitting at a large table and sharing the meal with our hosts and visitors coming from Europe and other continents! We spent 4 nights, in a nice quiet room,...

Stayed 3 nights with family, I can't recommend this venue enough. Accommodation, food, ambience, service, surroundings, staff and many more aspects such as the meals outside on the large verandah with all guests made it very special indeed. The game drives also exceeded expectations and made the whole experience so very special. Not only that but various species pay visits...

Prior to meeting up with my Sister's boyfriend and several of his family members, my Sister and I were determined to experience a safari. Knowing nothing and being from the States we randomly selected Needles on-line from a Google search and couldn't have been luckier. Everything and I do mean, EVERYTHING, was coordinated for us. We were picked up at...

We had a really good time at the Needles Lodge. Colin was very responsive and despite our short notice (we booked the night before), he helped us book the sunset game drive and reserve dinner. He gave us 2 huge rain coats that came in handy during the heavy rain on the drive, and the dinner was just superb -...

We stood here for 2 nights. If we knew better, we would have staid 3-4 nights. The place: amazing, beautiful, awesome, etc. It is a rather small lodge (only 6 precious rooms) which we truly magnificent. The rooms are very beautiful. The meals: great breakfasts, but dinning....... is AWESOME!!! The dinning moment is a very pleasant experience. Personnel: extremely professional....
