Definitely not what was advertised. The hotel is not clean and has a bad smell. Futons are old and stinky. Onsen was dirty and had white things (mold?) floating. Check in service is rude. Hidden fees increase the price (parking/towel/yukata). You could stay at a...More

On very bussy holiday weekend we get the shared dorm, maybe to crowded (2 people less would be perfect). Great staff very helpful, wonderful location in the magical town of the snow monkeys. wi fi some times slow, but we were too much people! Recomended!
