Wow what an experience. From the moment we arrived at train station we were looked after. Volunteer called our hotel and a driver to collect us was at station within minutes. We Booked a Japanese style room, beautiful views from window/balcony. Staff unbelievably

Hi there. The private onsen was included in our room and we didn't have to pay any extra.
We went for a walk around the towns and shibu was only a short walk away - 15-20 minutes to the far end.
