We pulled out this year after 2 seasons. Prices went up both years but there was no improvements at all done to the park, in fact the water continues to get worse with bandaids being put in place instead of trying to fix the issue at hand.

The owner was friendly maybe 2 times out of the 20 interactions we had with her and she never once tried to get us to stay at the park knowing the site we were at never had water for almost an entire month. People will stand up for her saying she provided water, yes it was provided but you had to hook it up to your vehicle and fill out our trailer yourself and if it were my park I would've drove the water to sites without water myself to fill them up. We paid for full service and went without it more times than I would've liked!

The owner also likes to drink which hey, we all like to enjoy a few drinks but she was intoxicated by the afternoon and drove around her park under the influence on multiple occasions.

The only reason people are still there is because location, location, location. There is absolutely no competition for quad in/quad out parks in the area and people want to stay there for the incredible trails.

She lost a ton of people this year and is probably in denial about why, it's her that is driving people away and her prices and lack of improvements done to her campground.

I can go on about more things that are terribly wrong with this place but I am done putting in the effort to the park and she will continue to lose business if she doesn't get her customer service together.

Great place to go camping with you're family if you like to quad or fishing or hunting everything us right there close to the camp tons of trails to explore minutes from your quad in quad out camp same with the fishing there are several lakes and rivers close by to fish. One river goes right through the park, offering good fishing for the family as well as some nice swimming holes. The staff are awesome and helpful if needed. The grounds are kept and clean just a all around friendly atmosphere for all. The night time sky is something to been seen to if your from the city you're surely to enjoy all the the sites this place has to offer.

We had made a booking over the phone and paid in full and had to cancel a few days before going due to one of our family had Covid symptons. Being responsible we decided to cancel the trip and informed them accordingly and requested lenience on their cancellation terms due to extenuating circumstances. There was not even the courtesy of a reply and the full charge was taken on our card.

My family and I stayed at boundary rv park for awhile now and we totally love it. Gail and her team is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. It’s a place that you can go and relax and enjoy the park by going to sit by the wAter or in the water with a chair and enjoying the surrounding areas with quads and side by sides. Had many great nights sitting by the fire and meeting new people

Stayed at the cabin on the banks of the Tay River, and enjoyed every minute. Great staff and nice property. Fishing, trails and quad biking at and near the property. Surrounded by Crown land. Highly recommended.

Based on some FB advertising, I decided to book a 4 day weekend at this RV park in 2018. Due to an a late delivery of kitchen cabinets for a renovation, we were unable to camp the weekend we booked. I notified Gail, the park owner, and she advised that they don't do refunds but we could use the nights the following year (this year, 2019). In June or so of this year, I contacted Gail and advised that we would like to book for the September long weekend. I also advised that we wanted a river site which is what we had originally booked and she put specifically on the invoice SHE sent me the previous year. She replied that I needed to fill out a booking request on their website which I did. Ten days later, still no reply from her so I followed up with another email and AGAIN advised that we would like a river site as per our agreement the previous year. Gail finally replied the next day and would not confirm a site for me, just said she'd be in touch towards the end of August to advise about a site. August 28 rolled around and not one word from Gail so I emailed yet again. She finally replied at 3:20PM on FRIDAY Aug 30 and finally gave me a site # and what a surprise - not on the river! The site is in what appears to a be a field and is exactly what I told her I did NOT want. We had already made alternate arrangements for the weekend as we were not driving 3 hours on a Friday evening without any sort of confirmation that we had a suitable site having not heard a word from Gail since June. I promptly emailed Gail back and advised we would NOT be arriving for the weekend and suggested that perhaps a refund would be the best thing. Gail didn't have the courtesty to reply until 16 days later and only after I followed up yet again. She said no refund would be forthcoming since she "held" my site that weekend. Really? She "held" my site that weekend after I emailed her on Friday saying we weren't coming? I suppose it's possible but unlikely. Suffice it to say that we will never be recommending this RV Park to anyone based on the extremely poor customer service. I did check out some reviews before I booked here originally and I can only say that I should have paid more attention to the poor reviews and saved myself $186.90!!!

Hello, we are sorry for the experience you had attempting to book with us. We do complete refunds within our notice period, but unforunaely your cancellation did not fall within our refund period. We have updated our booking process to ensure this does not happen again with another guest. We are sure, if you were to have stayed on our property, you would have enjoyed your stay.

I cannot get over what a wonderful place boundary RV park is! So close to The great outdoors yep with amenities that you would not expect to find. Our holiday started with the great check in and an easy setup in our site. We then went for fantastic cappuccino and cinnamon bun at the little store. We walked few paths and dropped a rod in the water in the evening. No bites but the kids enjoyed the water. My hubby and some friends had a blast on the quads, and I didn't have to worry about mud all over the driveway because there's a handy quad wash. I can't wait for next season to get out and enjoy the West country at Boundary RV park. Thanks for having us Gail! Don't let one rotten apple spoil the bunch! You have a great location and you're doing a great job!!

Haven't had a bad experience here, the owner's just great. I suppose if someone's expecting a 5 star hotel, they might be disappointed, but it's a place to stay and explore the wilderness. Great playground for the kids, and has even more to offer for those looking to get on some ATV trails.
